CINEFLOX REFUND POLICY

1. TRIAL PLANS

Trial plans are non-refundable under normal circumstances. By activating a trial, you acknowledge and accept this policy.


2. EXCEPTION — TECHNICAL ISSUES

Refunds are granted only in cases of verified, significant technical failures on our end that prevent access to the service. The following refund windows apply based on your plan:


 Plan    | Refund Window

 1 Week   | Within 1 day of purchase

 15 Days   | Within 2 days of purchase

 1 Month   | Within 3 days of purchase


Requests submitted outside these windows will not be considered.


3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Refund requests can be submitted directly from your account:


 Step 1: Log in to your CineFlox account

 Step 2: Go to Profile → Support tab

 Step 3: Submit a refund request with a description of the technical issue


Alternatively, email us at support@cineflox.com with your registered email address and issue details.

Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.


4. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION


You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account:

 Step 1: Log in to your CineFlox account

 Step 2: Go to Profile → Billing

 Step 3: Select "Cancel Subscription"


Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining period unless it qualifies under Section 2.


5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

 - Change of mind or accidental purchase

 - Partial use of the subscription period

 - Failure to cancel before renewal

 - Requests submitted after the refund window
